#4: Can What Could’ve Been Still be ?
“How much Courage Do You Really Have ?”
What’s your love language ? music. I love when a guy sends me a song with no context. So invigorating and igniting to press play and explore the lyrics to hear what their really trying to tell you. Crazy how a song can bring you right back to a moment in time… 2016, 2020, etc. This week I heard the song “Location” by Dave which took me right back to summer 2020 - trouble in paradise
The Life Lesson Here is to hone in on that one thing you want and go from there.

LOVE SECTION: Break Up With HER/him
Playlist of the Week: ANTI (DELUXE) by Rihanna … Rihanna always seems to take us back to the “past lovers feel”.
“She wrote me a hand written love letter” - have you ever taken the time to write a love letter to your significant other by hand ? Hand Written Letters. Imagine after each date you both write small letter to one another with a few sentences on how you felt, and what you liked about the date etc. and then signed it your name and made it cute. Its London princess vibe. So romantic and old school, kind of makes me gitty. This was the norm for the Kennedy Women and many other historical socialites. Its so much more meaningful, and it truly lets you reflect and understand your own feelings… why not write her a letter ?
Instagram Games: when a x fling likes your old photos it’s like a “hey, i’m still here” move. imagine he had the balls to pick up the phone and call to ask how you are. Imagine we all told the person we think about how we really feel about them. Could life be so simple?
“We Could’ve Had Such A Good Life Together” - this would pull on my heart strings. The perfect answer to this if your ever in this situation is to change the formatting of the exact sentence + risk. Response: “We still can. if you man up/take a leap of faith/take the chance,”. Reply with strong but soft words. Men want to feel powerful so guide him in the direction of soft assertiveness and reassurance that their risky move would guide them into stability with you .
Doubts: By acknowledging your thoughts, and confronting them, you can better understand why your having second thoughts. Cold Feet should not be dismissed . With a previous ex-boyfriend i definitely had cold feet, Atlantic cold, and I went against what I knew in my heart. I remember playing tennis with my dad near my old highschool and instead of getting a ride home i went to my pickering highschool track and ran laps listening to 50 cent.. i was that conflicting. Definitely the first sign that it either wasn’t meant to be or wasn’t the right time. Listening to your body and mind is so important for self alignment. Listen to yourself… the answer is always within. Being in-love and loving someone are two different things, that are often mistaken. You can convince yourself and over time to be “in-love” or comfortable with anyone, but you know in your heart what is good and what was great. Do you have enough courage this week to trust yourself and make the right decision ? you do. There is never a “right” time to break love, but you can chose to close the chapter rather than it crashing and burning. Maintain Respect For Love... think about that one.
A Buddy Summer: Summer flings never really end and their never really flings. It almost always ends in one person falling in love and by the start of September it drifts away and your left confused. BUT a summer buddy, is a bit more banter and builds friendship. A Buddy is a Buddy. Mission: find your buddy soon.
Cousin Love: Nothing like spending time with your cousins. If your lucky enough to have great cousins, you are lucky enough to have friends for life. I cant wait to plan cousin trips with all of our kids in the future. Yearly trips to Miami, and summer road trips to Boston, New York, Myrtle Beach, etc. were all memories I have with my cousins that I will never forget and be eternally grateful for whether my parents know this or not.
Observations & Thoughts Of The Week:
I’ve been noticing a lot of men smoking casual cigars during the day on king street and in the financial district.
Skim Milk Summer: Back on the 0% grind, and occasional whole milk 2%. After Silks recall, and the thought of all the chemicals of plant based milk that have shelf life of 2 years, its safe to say the 0% skim milk is the WAY to go. Plus you’ll be saving 1 dollar since you wont be up charged for your plant based almond or oat milk at your next café visit.
Impact Kitchen on 444 Adelaide, Toronto isn’t tasting as fresh as it use to. Its a little disappointing since the work atmosphere and space is really strong. Chia seed is still good, of course really thick and “coconut creamy” like. I’m not into the nut spread on top but I normally pick away from it. The Chocolate Sea Salt Cookie is really good here an the dark chocolate chewy is a gewy without so much dark chocolate taste. Quinoa Bars Are also good here. Smoothie talk…Nut Bar Smoothies across the street are significantly better, incomparable.
Wellness & Well-Being: When things get chaotic, close your eyes and imagine a place more relaxing.
The real magic is creating things together <3
Thought/Reflection: Leave A Legacy: how can you leave somewhere better than when you first arrived ?
Flowers & Fashion & Gardens: “Taking Care Of Your Own Garden Restores Your Equilibrium”
It takes patience and love to take care of your plants and building a garden. But like all beautiful long lasting things, time, patience, & love is needed.

Grande London Fog Extra Hot with SF vanilla is great. thanks for the recommendation @ JC. Earl Grey over coffee > small transitions and moves away from coffee. However, nothing like kick starting your morning with a double espresso and note book outside your fav café. Good bye depression… hello Monday morning #tryitout
Aperol Of The Week: 6/10 - “it felt like a confused Aperol” @ Season 6 Ossington
The Business Insider:
“Name Dropping” - everyone can name drop. name dropping doesn’t really allow for you to tell a story. Its just a name and quick “high” to feel or sound important ? The name drop comes when the other side asks who you were with. Let the opposing person ask for the “name”. This will help build your story, and keep your audience engaged. #maintain
